About the arXiv-style preprint paper, NeurIPS-based template
A preprint paper style derived from the NeurIPS 2018 style. The title block lists authors with affiliations and ORCID icon support, followed by an abstract, keywords, sections, figures, tables, and a bibliography. It uses natbib with a references.bib file, plus booktabs, cleveref, doi, hyperref and microtype. The sample runs to three pages and shows headings, citations, lists and a table.
