About the Europass CV in Bulgarian, KOI8-R encoding template
This template uses the europecv class to produce a Europass curriculum vitae in Bulgarian. The single page follows the Europass layout with personal information (surname, first name, address, telephone, fax, email, nationality, date of birth), then the usual sections, filled with form prompts rather than real data. The source file is encoded in KOI8-R, an older Cyrillic encoding, and the bundle includes the Bulgarian language definition and the Europass logo.
