About the CMU homework assignment template
A homework template used widely at CMU. The two-page sample has a heading with course number, assignment number, name, andrew email, section and date, then titled questions with filler answers. It loads the AMS maths packages, mathtools, TikZ and xcolor, and fullpage margins. The repository suggests forking it and cloning to a fixed folder so it is easy to reuse.
- Course and student header
- Titled question blocks
- AMS and mathtools packages
- TikZ for diagrams
- Compact fullpage margins
How to use it
- 1Open it in Texeno as your own project, with every file in place.
- 2Write in the browser. It compiles with pdfLaTeX as you go and explains errors in plain words.
- 3Invite co-authors to write with you live, and download the PDF or source any time.
