About the IEEE journal paper, two-column IEEEtran example template
This example demonstrates converting an IEEEtran one-column draft into a two-column journal manuscript. The sample paper has a title, three authors, abstract and the usual IEEE structure. It loads stfloats, placeins and adjustbox to handle figures and tables that span both columns, along with amsmath, booktabs and graphicx. The repository also describes an audit script, but this file works as a plain minimal IEEEtran journal template.
