About the IEEE PES Transactions paper, skeleton template
A seven-page skeleton for the ieeepes package. It shows where the abstract, figure and table go, with reminders that figure captions follow the figure and table captions come before the table. Section and subsection headings are in IEEE roman-numeral style. The package supplies the ieeepes.bst bibliography style and a sample .bib. The compiled sample runs to 7 pages. The project contains ieeepes.bst, ieeepes.sty, ieeepes_check.bib alongside the main file.
