About the IOP Publishing journal article guidelines template
The IOP Publishing guide to preparing and submitting an article with LaTeX2e, written by the publisher's content and services team. It describes the iopart class, and the package contains iopart.cls with 10 pt and 12 pt options, iopams.sty for AMS maths, setstack.sty and harvard.sty.
The dcu.bst file gives a Harvard-style bibliography, and CJK.sty supports Chinese, Japanese and Korean text. The guidelines document is about 30 pages and is itself a compilable example.
