About the Mail-merge letters with the mergeh package template
A mail-merge example for the hletter class. The mergeh package reads recipient data from Testmerge.dat and prints one personalised letter per record, each with the same company letterhead and logo, a salutation such as Dear Prof. Colquhoun, a subject and body text. The eight pages come from several letters in a row. Edit the data file and the common text to send your own set.
- One letter per data record
- Shared company letterhead and logo
- Recipient data in a .dat file
- Mail merge via mergeh
How to use it
- 1Open it in Texeno as your own project, with every file in place.
- 2Write in the browser. It compiles with pdfLaTeX as you go and explains errors in plain words.
