About the English reference manual layout guide with wide margin template
This is the English translation of the guide to the refart and refrep classes, which produce article- and report-style technical reference manuals with a wide left margin for notes to the reader. The original is by Hubert Partl at TU Wien and the translation by Axel Kielhorn. The 21-page document starts with an abstract, then describes layout changes, and uses eqpersec, makeidx and a custom style file.
