The gridslides package lets you build free-form slides with blocks placed on a grid, and fill the blocks with text, equations, figures and more. The results resemble Beamer slides but are more flexible, and elements can be uncovered one after another. This eight-page sample is a talk on topological phases, with an overview, a section on the 1D p-wave superconductor and band-structure and physics figures. The text uses the cmbright font.
