About the ESTCP munitions management final report template
The estcpmm class typesets Cost and Performance Reports and Final Reports for Munitions Management, a project area of the US Environmental Security Technology Certification Program. It was commissioned by the US Army Corps of Engineers Engineer Research and Development Center. The 17-page sample has a cover with project number, month and authors, an included estcp.pdf figure and a castle image, and a .bib file for references.
