About the NCC-LaTeX class and packages manual template
This template is the 17-page manual for NCC-LaTeX by Alexander I. Rozhenko. The ncc class acts as a common replacement for the standard article, book and report classes and also provides a preprint class, with extensions supplied as small packages. The document has an abstract, centred section headings and a comparison between ncc and the standard classes. It needs the ncctools bundle, and the ncchdr package is loaded for headings.
