A final-year project proposal (proposal tugas akhir) formatted for Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember in Surabaya, usable by any department there. The 25-page sample has a cover page with student number, supervisors, study programme and department, approval sheets and abstracts in Indonesian and English, then chapters on introduction, literature review, methodology, other content and a research schedule.
