About the Michigan State University thesis and dissertation template
This template uses the msu-thesis class, which follows the Michigan State University Graduate School guidelines for electronic submission of master's theses and dissertations and is updated when those guidelines change. It is based on memoir, so memoir features remain available. The sample builds the title page for a doctoral dissertation, followed by the abstract and the rest of the front matter, and uses newtx fonts. A BibTeX file with test references is included.
