Front matter files include the declaration of original authorship, abstract, acknowledgments, dedication, abbreviations, nomenclature, glossary and a list of publications. Main text files cover the introduction, chapters, a conclusion and an appendix, and references use a physics bibliography style from a BibTeX file.
