About the PhD thesis with per-chapter contents and BibTeX template
A thesis template on the book class with a cover page, an abstract, a table of contents and a short table of contents at the start of each chapter (minitoc). The bibliography uses natbib with two bundled styles, apalike and apasoft, and hyperref makes cross-references clickable. Landscape pages are supported through lscape, and chapter content is kept in a separate file such as chap1.tex.
