About the UC Berkeley EECS MS Plan II technical report template
This template is for the technical report of the Master of Science Plan II in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley. A tech-report.cls class builds the title page, which includes the approval statement and the committee, and the source is split into title, copyright, abstract and introduction files in a src folder. The bibliography is in bibliography.bib, and blindtext supplies placeholder text.
