About the University of Utah dissertation, IEEE style template

A dissertation template for the University of Utah, modified from the university thesis class to fix title spacing and to use the IEEE TVCG style for figure and table references and the bibliography. The README suggests telling the thesis editor you are using the IEEE TVCG style.

The title page states the Doctor of Philosophy degree, and the content folder holds the abstract and introduction. Packages load algorithm environments, cleveref and citesort, and bibliography styles from IEEEtran are included.
