About the Exam with answer keys and form versions (examdesign A) template
The first example for the examdesign class, which marks up questions and answers explicitly, can generate answer keys on request and can produce several versions of the same test. This 21-page example has a header with name, student number, form, TA and date, and sections such as matching artists to albums. It loads amsmath and pifont, and shows the class's question formats.
