About the German blood sugar log sheet, diabetes diary template
This template is a printable German measurement log for diabetes. Each block has a date and time and a table with columns for blood glucose in mg/dl, BE (bread units), BE factor, bolus, basal insulin and remarks, repeated several times on the page. It is set with KOMA-Script scrartcl, with German babel and input encoding, and is easy to adjust for other tracking sheets.
